Sunday sept. 25

So heres the new thread.

Where to go.

Eagle
Hut
Sylvester
Stave

Please state where you would and wouldn't like to go. Should be a decently early start time so Pat can catch the ferry back to Victoria.

I vote Sylvester. can do Davis, other side trails, look at/do one of the fuct trails. p2p if we can find it.

i agree about Stave. i hate muddin' unless its on the atv.
i vote for sylvester(davis + all the others) most likely to give us the best day. maybe we could hit eagle saturday evening, depending on when Pat gets over if he wants to wheel both days.

I vote for Davis and I just cleaned all the mud out from Whipsaw so not too keen on putting it back in a big mud puddle again, unless it's a nice looking puddle

Hut was fucking RAD!!

I will do Davis but Fuct is a pretty serious trail, body damage is a possibility, especially with the length of an unlimited.

P2P looks fun, everything else is pretty tame up there but fun.

i think only hut lake will give pat enough time to catch up the ferry and have dinner with his family.

davis and stave lake will take 4ever if you stuck on hwy 1.

eagle ridge is good place that we can start late and finish early, take the time,no need rush, check out all the look outs, and get home on time like a normal day.

I'm in Abbotsford Saturday night Dave. Let's go with the 9:30 time and can we meet along the way beforehand? Does that Whatcom exit work for this run? I think Karen wants to come but is unsure about driving so I'll probably swing by and get her if she's in. That puts me right near Whatcom ya?

Where's Davis again? It's been at least 10 years since I've been there, can't remember anything from there. Just wondering if it's worth the drive. What kind of terrain is it?

we can meet along the way but Watcom doesn't work. thats passed the turn off. We need the one that also goes to the states( sumas). there is a mcDs, timmys, starbucks all close to that exit on the abby side. we could meet at the starbucks at 845 then go on to meet everybody at 930. I will need to stop at a subway and grab lunch as well. but there is one on route from the starbucks.

starbucks address. 1907 Sumas Way

Good job big D ! I'll be there at 8:45. Probably give you a text and swing by your place on my way through from the ferry which may be as early as tomorrow afternoon actually. I'm winding up my time off and making a full weekend of it over there. Thanks for getting this going Dave! I`m looking forward to meeting some new jeepers and seeing some of the Whipsaw crew again already!
