Well we did it and we couldn't have asked for better weather. BAJA members made their first run of the season to the Bobcaygeon region and took on a day of trail maintenance.
Amongst the usual items found(beverage containers of varying sizes and types), we came across what looks to be an illegal used tire dumping. We couldn't get it all out(no room left on our trailer or heeps) but most of it was extracted.
Some fallen trees were moved to the side of the trails as well as clearing the grate of a culvert that had caused a small washout.
Here's a link to photos take from the day trip.
A big thanks goes to Sibbles who has initiated the Adopt-A-Trail program and to all the BAJA members for spending the day picking up other peoples trash.
