help with front end vibration

I have a 2008 4dr jeep wrangle sahara.
Which has a bad vibration. The vibration is like when you get a flat tire.
There is no consistance with it. It happens for no reason it happens at 60 km it happens at 100km
it happens at 80 km happens at 120 km. Have to slow right down or come to a complete stop before it stops. its been in the shop checked over ball joins change tires torqued still doing it. I am getting it could be this it could be that but no one really can say what will fix it. If anyone has had this particular issue appreciate feed back.

Since random am gonna take front trac bar for $500 Alex.

Tire balance/toe setting and trac bar. Borrow a set of tires/rims and see if that helps and double check the toe measurement. Trac bar check both axle and frame side for wallowing and go with upgraded bolts/hardware and make sure torqued to spec if bushings are good.
