Wrong ring bolts in overhaul kit

Hello and welcome to theForum!
I am in need of your assistance. I am in the process of regearing my Rubicon. I bought your 5.38 gears and master overhaul kits from a vendor in this Forum.
Unfortunately, the rear kit came with ring bolts that are too small for either set of holes in the gear! I have taken the 1/2 inch bolts from my front kit and drilled out my carrier so that I might get back on the road by completing the back end. This is my daily driver so planning a weekend install did not work out for me.
Can you help me out? I would normally go through my vendor, but I need these asap.
THank you.

I would get with your vendor, just my 2 cents. This may work to.

when I got my Yukon kits, the carrier shims were a different diameter than the ones in my JK. we assumed it must be because the kits are used for lots of different vehicles. my ring gear bolts were also different...so i just re-used the factory bolts with locktite. no biggie there.
