Are the tubs available in a DIY kit unwelded. Just the metal that has been cut out and bent into the correct shape?/

I definitelty like these & want to get one. Can you answer a few questions though?

I assume the narrow width most closely matches the JK?

What's the tub alone weigh? (Make one out of Aluminum??)

Is the lid steel or aluminum? Any gasketing? Photos of latch/lock?

The bare steel photos at the top looks like the tub & frame are integrated. Are they?

Is a Torflex axle available, w/ drop-style spindles? (To raise the axle CL)

Lastly: Subscribed!

2011 5.3L GM LC9 Aluminum LS V8 Conversion w/ Custom Dyno Tune
Aluminum Genright Bumpers Front & Rear - Aluminum Nemesis Rockers
PR44/RCV/Reid Front - Superior Rear - ORF Front / Poly Rear Cage - ORF Tire Carrier
RK 3.5" Springs - Fox 2.0 Adjustable Shocks - JKS Arms & Trackbars - Poly Steering

The wider width tub size 48" x 72" matches the JK width with our 12" wide fenders that are long enough to fit a 38" tire.

The lid is 16 Ga cold roll steel with a 1" internal frame work to provide the structure needed to mount roof top tents or other gear. is has a 1/2" wide gasket material the we are updating the latches to a keyed one, but the old style photos are on the web site.

The tub and frame bolt together and have a gasket material between then so there is no chaffing issues.

We can build one with a Torflex system if you wanted.

You can see some more detailed photos on here.

M416 Locking Lid

What would it cost to get a full locking lid (primer coat only) for the Military M416 Trailer shipped to 92694 (home) or 92656 (UPS Freight location)?
