Anyone here from Omaha? We should all get together and build something for our Jeeps or find a place to wheel. Anyone?

Nebraska

I'm hear... Just getting started. I have never really been "offroading", but am anxious to get started. I have 07 Sahara. I just put on a 3" lift and ordered a set of soft 8 rims with 35" mud grapplers. Still looking for stock bumbers to stub and fenders to cut. Give me a shout.

Wheelin

I would like to set up a Saturday to go out wheelin. How about you two? Let me know, lets get something planned. We could do Tuttle or try out the Norfolk area. Is the area in Norfolk public?

norfolk is not public but that ant no thing i got a key. it is just a rock garden and atv track. no trail riding. but it is great to learn and test out new mods, have a bbq and rock the jeeps. if you want trail rides rapid city sd is the way to go. other then gas it dont cost any more to head up there for a 3- 4 day weekend then going to tuttle. tuttle is good for a short weekend thought. just let me know i am free most weekends if your new to wheeling then come up to norfolk and well bbq and teach you the ropes. then plan a sd trip. let me know

Nice. That's a little west for me. If i'm heading out that way I'm usually on my way to Colorado or Utah. Just a little south.

Omaha guy here.

Anyone close to me have an aftermarket bumper (ARB, etc) that I can check out? I would love to see a few of them in person before I buy one.

Heading to Offutt very soon just waiting on orders for an actual date. Would be cool to meet some of you and get an idea as to what the area offers. I have lived in the Carolina's, FL and CO so open to all kinds of wheeling or if need be buying an ATV... LOL

You know what they say about Offutt, right? Once you go on it, you never come Offutt. Heh.

I'm in Bellevue Monday through Friday and welcome you to the area! Get ready for the cold. The immediate area offers nothing for wheeling. We have to go to Kansas just north of Fort Riley in Manhattan, KS. Other than that, you're talking Colorado or Utah.

There are some trails just across the river in Iowa that are pretty fun but they are for ATVs only.

If you finished one beer I would be surprised. Most of the time you leave half of it in my garage or pour it out on the grass. That's alcohol abuse!
