Trail duty

Phil is a Great guy and will go the extra mile. Here is just one example of Phil going the extra mile. I purchased a Poly Performance lift kit and needed a special tool to install the kit. He just sent me his and when I was done I mailed it back to him. Now that is Great Customer Service. I am just a happy customer. Check them out!

X3 on Trail Duty. I had a Hummer H2 that I modified with Phil's help. Once I bought my Jeep, I once again picked Phil's brain and went shopping at Trail Duty. Keep in mind that if you don't see a part you're looking for, shoot Phil a message and he might be able to get it.

I've done a little shopping a Quadratec and Smittybilt as well...had no problems the few times I ordered stuff from them. However, they are large companies and I find that customer service starts going down hill the bigger the company is. Trail Duty's customer service is the best out there.
