Gaston Grade Snow Run Picts

We've gotten a bunch of new snow this weekend here in the Sierra's, so it was time for another snow run. A buddy and I went up to Gaston Grade this weekend and had a blast! The snow was about 4' deep at the 5,000' level. Here's some of the pics.

Something about the 2nd to last pic that reminds me of The Shining. Love the "Rubicon" CJ. Awesome pics.

It's a pretty sweet CJ. Frame up rebuild, each panel individually painted, 350 V8, reverse shackles, ARB's ... and 'Rubicon' decals just to top it all off.

Thats funny, I just posted my trip. You were in much deeper snow than I was. Three hour drive to get to my destination. 1/2 hour for you. Lucky. Nice pics. I'm a little jealous.

P.S. Did you actually plow through that snow?

That is funny, how's that for timing. I wish our timing would have been that good last weekend. Maybe we would have gotten out together. I do enjoy the 30 minute drive.

I was still moving in the first picture here. I got up to where the picture was taken from and had to slow down so I didn't run my photographer (daughter) over ... and got stuck!
