Transfer case too low

Does anybody know a way to raise the transfer case on the jk's so they do not hang 2 1/2 inches below the frame. I have already raised the gas tank so if i could get the D%&N transfer case and skid plates up, that would be wonderful

Might not do real good things for your driveline angles.

The gas tank mod was an accident. I slid off a rock and slammed my gas tank skid plate on another rock which raised it about 1 1/2 inches right where i needed it the most. It doesnt leak so i have left it alone. The drive line angles can be fixed with different drive shafts I think. I was just wondering if any body made a kit for the 07's and up that a non fabricating redneck like me could bolt on. I have not been able to find any by surfing the web.

I have done that already but apparently the transfer case skid is stronger than the gas tank skid

You could try raising the transmission mount, which may actually help your front drive line angle. I've heard of a couple of people doing it by 1/2" or so, but not sure how far you can go before you will run into engine mount issues.

I've got 4" of lift and 37's.. and I'm still getting hung up with my 4 door. Interesting to see if we can give these JK's a tummy tuck.
