New R&D Project @ Rebel - Extreme Duty / High Clearance 4 Link Long Arm Upgrade

Rebel Off Road has always been more than an off road parts supplier and installer, we've also always been an innovator of proven suspension systems like the first completely bolt-on coilover system for the Jeep Wrangler JK.

In our tradition of always pushing forward, take a peek at something we've been keeping under wraps for a few weeks now - our in-house designed high clearance, extreme duty, long arm 4 link upgrade (front and rear)!

More info to come so stay tuned!

There's no where near enough triagulation. Looks like factory location axle brackets.

Rebel, will you guys be selling the crossmember as a stand alone part? I was considering building something similar when the time comes with the Clayton crossmember.... but if I have options......

Very interesting. Looks like a 2012 motor. What type of exhaust mods are going to be needed for this kit? Can't wait for more pictures.

Here's a side angle shot of our "Mistress" build showing our new front and rear upper and lower high clearance long arm upgrade.

We got a few questions on a forum about if the pass side rear tire was contacting the new control arm. While this isn't the world's best shot of that corner, it does show that there is no contact between the inner side of the tire and the control arm.

Notice the front arms are doing very little work to achieve this flex. The rear arms are doing even less. In fact, a shot we'll share later today shows the rear upper reverse triangulated arms barely even budge. What does this mean for you? Extended lifespan of our already heavy duty control arm joints. Because they do not bind at any angle of articulation (front/rear/upper/lower), they will not prematurely fail under load.
