Amplifier location

Alright, I need some help here.... I just purchased an Alpine PDX-5 and am about to pick up a Rocksford P3L-S10 or S12....

What I'm wondering is where everyone is putting their amplifiers??? My pdx-5 is digital so it's very small... 10x7x2.... so I thought about putting it under the dash on the drivers side, but I'm worried about the pedals. (my thought here is out of sight... out of mind. If no one sees the amp, no one will try to steal the thing!

So, basically, I need to know where everyone is putting their amplifiers! If you have pictures, that would be even better

The stock amplifier from the infinity system goes in the dash on the drivers side under the steering column. I have seen other people that fit the pdx5 in the same place you just need to make up some type of mount

Behind the glove box. Make a little bracket to attach it to and then trim the glove box.

Interesting idea..... I like it! How deep is that amplifier?? What did you use/do to make the brackets??

Thanks!

You can get bracket material at any decent audio place.... or even Home Depot or Tractor Supply. Just cut to fit and then bend it like you want it. Just go with something thick that has to be bent in a vise (or at least with some effort) to keep it from shaking around too much off road.
