Hemi actually gets better gas mileage too. About 18 to 19MPG.
But I don't have $20K+ for that right now.
I did price out the dream conversion from AEV. Had just the conversion part up to $42K.
Best bet there is by a bone stock X and take it up. That way NC taxes it as a stock X not the x +$42K.

I bet WHP is close, but the Hemi is going to have way more WTQ. Guess I will tune in to find out. DVR has been set.

Problem with us here in Kalifornia, is that the RIPP system isn't emissions legal so no go there. HEMI swaps are legal after 36,000 miles. I don't have the coin for either, but will in the future so unless something changes, I'll go with the HEMI.

49 other states don't care whats legal in California...at all..

Sorry, I grew up there, it can pretty much break off at any point and I'll be alright with that

Really we send more kits to Cali and Colorado - its almost a tie...
  • RIPP kits revers in 20 mins -
  • RIPP Kits are carb compliant (with no EO number) every part in the kit is CARB (Injectors, blower MAP and programmer) but its not CARB as a kit (yet).

No further - CARB discussion at the moment.
