TrailWorthyFab Double beadlocks

We have been in business for quite awhile and our product is rapidly growing in popularity. Our double bead lock wheel is the cheapest on the market and coupled with our 37" Goodyear MTs you can't find a cheaper way to get a better setup.

You can find all of our prices and options on our website at http://www.trailworthyfab.com/

You can contact me at any time via email at Andy@trailworthyfab.com. You can contact our sales line at 316.337.5311. You can also post up here or PM me for a quote.

Here is a little bit about our process:

We start with a proven design in the Military H1 hummer bead lock wheel

We install new centers be it flat or pressed to convert to any bolt pattern available. We can install wheels on your trail rig and your tow rig!

Here are some pics of our wheel center selection.

Flat wheel centers:

Pressed wheel centers:

We offer a PVC insert that makes this setup a double bead lock. The insert goes inside the tire before mounting the wheels and pinches the bead making it impossible to lose a bead on the trail.

Here is a great picture showing our PVC inserts inside our 37" Goodyear MT radial

We offer many options for color on your double bead lock wheels. Since they are a split wheel design you can choose your options for colors. The back half of the wheel can be a different color from the front half of the wheel to give a custom feel for your wheels.

These go great with the 37 x 12.50 x 16.5" rocker radials that are now available from Pit Bull. Send me a PM for the best prices on a double bead lock wheel and a 37" radial!

Unless pit bull finally releases the 37/12.5R16 size, I think these wheels with the rockers will find there way on my rig. I love the H1 beadlocks you all do, and now that the 37" rocker is an option, I'd love it. Are the 16.5 rockers bias or radial?

The 37 x 12.50 for a 16.5 is the rocker radial!

Balance issues are not a bead lock issue regardless of it being a single or double bead lock. Any bead lock should be able to be balanced properly given the person doing the balancing is worth touching your wheels and tires.

We build our wheels to perform in any condition and customers that have balanced them report good results.

I know this has been asked before but I cant find the post and your site says 75 pounds which seems off so what is the total wieght of one wheel and a 37" tire on it?

The weights on the site are skewed a bit to help out on freight costs for the person who orders online.

The weights will change depending on the options you go with. Do you want to know with rock rings and PVC inserts?? I can toss one on the pallet scale to get you an accurate reading.

I was just curious and dont want you to go out of your way. If the next time one is on the scale, you could see the weight that would be awesome. Thank you

I know the 8 bolt wheel, rock rings, powder, plus PVC insert is right around 58 pounds each. The tires can vary between 70 pounds in the 80% or better crew up to 87 pounds in our Guard Dogs. All things considered, the 37s are not that heavy compared to other tires out there. I know the 35" Toyo's that everyone around here is running is 84 pounds.
