We are proud to share with our fellow JKOwner members our latest shop project.
We are calling it the "Raider ST".
Our goal is to build a J8 style sport truck based off the wrangler unlimited platform.

The following are a few of the build features and components.

Light Force 170 Strikers

Dominion Offroad Hood Lift
J.E. Reel 1350 shafts
Dana 60 front axle
Shaved 14 bolt rear axle
Superior 5:13 gears
Rock Krawler Long Arm Suspension
Nitto 40x15.50x20 Mud Grapplers
10,000 lb Promark Winch
Flowmaster Hushpower muffler
Lots of River Raider goodness

We just picked up this 2007 two wheel drive wrangler unlimited this week.

Durring the tear down we hit it rich. Ohh Yeahhhh! :smokin:

This should be awesome. Been wanting to see someone do a real Brute style (meaning a real truck bed) conversion. Any plans to offer it as a conversion or a kit?

This is kind of unrelated, but i just read an article of converting a 14 bolt into a steering axle in CRAWL magazine, pretty sweet

Have you found a way to put junk yard axles under the jeep or is there an aftermarket company making 14 bolts for the JK now. If you are using junk yard axles please keep us updated on any solutions you found to the typical issues (speedo, abs, eps, brakes) Cheers :beer:
