Holy wheelbase batman. Shit the JKU's have a hard enough time with going over some obstacles. That might get hung up in the mall parking lot speed bumps.
I think it looks nice. But I sure as hell wouldn't take it off road. If I had a crapton of money and could afford a pavement princess that was powered right, and not underpowered like every other jeep that comes out, I would drive the shit out of it.
Gag.
Why.
The 4dr is anemic enough as is, and really isn't that comfortable, what's the point in a huge ass version that is useless offroad?it doesn't even get the soccer moms because it doesn't look cool it looks like a stretch limo.
I don't need anything longer than my JKU, but I like this. It's not a rockcrawler or tight-trail machine, but it's a nice alternative to the no-longer-offroad-capable Suburban.
I don't get how it's useless Offroad. The Defender 110 and 130 Land Rovers are proven Offroad capable. How could this be worse, with a better suspension? I'm failing to see that. Sure, it won't do hardcore rock crawling. Is it offroad capable? Absolutely.
I know alot of people that go off roading in full size pickups and suburbans. Off roading isn't all about rockcrawling in my area there isnt even any place to go rockcrawling @ its all about the mud around here.
