I gave him an example of a combo that works. It's a little bit wider rim, but it's also a little bit wider tire.

I'm not sure if LEDs and HIDs have the same issues. But, we have used the anti flicker modules on LEDs headlights and they work great. I'm not sure if it will help the HIDs though...

In the past they came standard with greasable Neapco u-joints, then the solid Spicers were an upgrade.

In December they decided to only do solid u-joints from now on.

For 35's, no I would just keep them greased. We have only ever seen a u-joint failure from improper maintenance.

If you upgrade to 37's it would be an good upgrade also.
