And if the SHTF, you can always use your steering wheel wrap to string together a hooch, make a gill net... the uses are endless!

Finally got around to doing this....

It took me about 1 1/2 hours last night in the dark to do it.

The door handles and 'oh shit' handle will be getting gray with possible yellow accents.

How do the tag ends get affixed so it doesn't come undone? I've never delt with paracord...looks good.

That's silly, you'll get rug burn on your hands. Similar to spanking the monkey too much. Then, you'll get calluses and go blind.

I used one wrap for the entire thing and used a square knot to terminate. I left it a little long just incase I change my mind about the type knot; I was doing it late last night.

Very cool!

Is that one length of cord? If so how long a piece did it take?

Thank you.

I like it! I need to do something to mine soon. My kung fu grip is tearing up my steering wheel.

From what I remember close to 90'. I used one length so there is just one knot to tie at the end.

Keep the wraps close and tight. This leaves surface nice and smooth for your hands.
