made me some new parts!!!

Well finally got my hands on a new wig welder so I have started making myself some parts.. made a ram ball mount with factory screw welded to some DOM and then a threaded joiner cut to fit.. works great holding my Magellan TRX7 GPS... then I started making some sliders... got the drivers side done and then the passenger side later this evening.. gotta do some light prep then paint and weld on.. then I'll work on a rear bumper of sorts and maybe some factory cage strengthening.

How dare you copy EVO's design. Don't you know they're the only ones who can make Jeep parts.

Just kidding. Saw the WOL BS.

Building is better than buying. Looks good.

I like that location best than a lot I have seen other than Doc's but his may get in the way for me to see past with my tablet. I assume that bolt is the same on 2008 even with the interior change?

What are the dimensions for the tube? Also curious about your new welder and notcher. I'm finally starting to get the hang of tube (pipe fence actually), however, all my cuts have been with a plasma cutter and homemade jig for cutting. I'd like to get a notcher that does not break the bank.

I used 1.75 .120 wall Chromoly.. and I used a Miller Syncrowave 180 SD tig welder. as for the notcher I spent $40 at harbor freight!! works like a champ!!!

Tubing Notcher & Pipe Notcher

use one of these home depot normally has the milwaukee ones in stock for the same price they thread onto the notcher shaft.
