Finally got a lift and Tires/Wheels

After a lot of debating(mainly about money) we pulled the trigger on Lift etc.... Ended up getting a basic 3" skyjacker lift and 325/70-17 Nitto Terra Grapplers on Moto Metal MO951's. This combo gave us 4 1/8" lift in rear and 5 1/8" in front. Many thanks to everyone's advice on here and thanks to my new friends at Soggy Bottom Offroad in Aransas Pass, Tx!
Before

After

Wheels and Tires, actual heigth of tire is right at 34 1/2"

Looks good, crazy how adding a lift, wheels and tires changes the entire look of a jeep.

Seems to ride ok so far, I've only driven it about 10 miles so far but my wife has driven it more, she says it's not so bad. Hopefully I will get a chance to do a little wheelin' this afternoon!!

gear?

What rear gear do you have?
Do you think you'll need to change it?
I've heard several say they needed to change their gear for 35's and some say they didn't have to change.

No re-gear yet, still running stock 3.73's, I think I will need to do it sooner or later but hopefully when I get the superchips programmer I will be have enough power to turn them without to much trouble. This is my wifes DD so I don't wanna gear to low.

Yep!!

It looks great!

I "had" to drive mine for about a week and a half on the stock wheels/tires and it drove me crazy.... I know it is ridiculous...

You just can't beat the looks of a nice set of wheels/tires and a lift on a Jeep.

So far the Terra's are OK, I've only had them in sand at the beach so far, but I will do some crawling with them soon, I really don't expect them to hang with the big boys out there, but it is a DD, that's why I didn't go with a more aggressive tread.
