Homemade tube door



These are the current stage of my tube doors. I have to clean up the welds and figure out my latch system. Then they will be done, need them done by the 20th of this month. We will be starting on the rears soon.

Pretty sweet really!! I would put a skin on the triangle towards the back and round out the corner and paint em call it a day... I'm sure you can find a latch that will work or rig one up...

Gonna make a latch much like the ones on the back of trailers, a spring loaded pin you pull up and push out on the door to open it, and than let it drop down into the hook to secure the door.
