Gutting everything underneath. Replacing with GR crawler tank, 4 link rear, 3 link front, adding ORI struts, new t-case, and 40's along with some of Dave's wizardry.

Also replacing my crappy wiring with an SPOD the old ARB compressor, and leaky radiator with one from Griffin. The radiator is the only thing I couldn't fit in there. Will probably just install that myself when the rest is done.

That crawler tank with the 4 link rear will be nice. Get rid of the trackbar. I assume though that you are not going to stretch it any?

It'll get stretched as much as the tank will allow, and Dave always seems to have some tricks up his sleeve to make things work.

Nice! Can't wait to see how this goes! I was talking with Dave about similar stuff when he swapped my front axle.

Making progress, just getting everything knocked off and cleaned up to plan the attack. Dave's got some good ideas working, it's going to come out bad ass.

No doubt Dave will make it bad ass for sure. What axles are you running and what tires are you gonna end up on? Is he going to have to get into the tub in the rear to fit your ORIs? I talked to him about a bunch of different stuff like this not too long ago so I can't wait to see what ideas I can have him use on mine.

Running Rock Jocks and definitely going into the tub. As for tires, considering 40" Toyo MTs, but may end up with Creepy Crawlers since I don't daily drive it any longer.

Nice! How wide are the axles? That makes it easier to fit everything. I'm going for kind of a smaller version. I wanna stay on 37's. My toyos have been better than expected but I'm considering switching to some bias treps. Mine is still a daily driver.

Let's get you into some 40" Nitto Trail Grapplers...I get some pretty smokin deals on them now!

Cut some more stuff off the Jeep today, but I can't post pics because my post count is too low...

Been moving along really quickly on the frontend, forgot to take pics while we were fitting and cycling everything.

Lower shock mounts that we whipped up.

Making sure that everything stayed happy with 1.5" WB stretch.

TMR Customs upper shock mounts in place with some gussets we added.

Just 1.5". That way we didn't have to mess with the frame side trackbar location or the steering box, also it seems like the tires would get into the grill REALLY bad if we went any further.

Got the new Synergy track bar mount tacked to the axle, also did a drag link flip on the Currie 60 to get the linkage in sync. Everything cycles and clears properly, ready to pull this housing and do some welding!
