sabre defence

looking at either the m4 carbine or m4 tacticle. what are some of the thoughts from the ar gurus. looking at 1 in 9 twist with lined barrel. thanks!

9 twist is good for 55-62 grain .223 If you want to shoot heavier bullets go to 1:7. I shoot 75 grain TAP's so I use a faster twist. My buddy has a Sabre and he likes it. They are fun to shoot...

I carry a Sabre on duty. It's been banged up, dropped, rained on and still runs flawlessly.

I've read up and can't figure out the difference between the m4 carbine and the m5. the only thing that I can tell is the handgrip is different and the m5 has flip up buis. anyone see what im missing?
