My position on the "2nd Amendment"

I know Ive ruffled a few feathers with my views on the "2nd amndment" and your so called "right to bear arms". In this thread I hope to make my feelings perfectly clear on how I feel about the "right to bear arms".

Today,

Dad Shooting, 1:fun 2:jam? 3:yep.

Todays toys. Dont say a word about the FN hanging off the shorts looking like a crossdraw, I was carrying the G19 IWB on my strong side(left) so I just stuck the FN there for fun. Pics Below.

Edited 10 times cause Im an idiot w/ the puter and innernets.

Rest In Peace Guinness. You will never be forgotten. My brother and my best friend

Buy some Pmags. They match the gun better LOL... How do you like the 5Seven? I'm looking at an AR upper but 20 rounds with that in an FN pistol can't hurt either?...

No Pmags for me, Im in NY so all my stuff has to be pre 94 weapons ban. We have our own that never sunset, so, that also means the 5seven is resticted to 10 round mags., I have been able to pick up a bunch of old G19 hicap mags(one reason I bought it) and a bunch of preban ar mags, reason I didnt go 7.62 or 6.8 w/ the AR platform.

Mine is a straight up S&W 15t (NY compliant) w/ an eotech 512 and troy buis front and rear. My Dad has a Bushmaster made to be NY compliant (muzzle break/flash hider is fake). He has the eotech 512 w/ a 3x magnifier on a Larue Tactical quick mount. Both of our stocks have been pinned so they will not collapse.

NY is a tough place to build an AR. Upper and lowers arent bad; however, many manufacturers dont piece out compliant parts so everything has to be shipped to an ffl, made compliant and then purchased, all of witch adds to the cost of the build.

You can buy 30 round metal magazines and have a collapsable stock but you can't buy a magpul PMag?

The PMag's will virtually eleminate your jamming problems.

Yep. You nailed it. No mags w/ more than 10 rds are legal in NY unless manufactured before 1994. Stocks are pinned so they are not functionally collapsible. Jamming in my fathers gun seems to be from poor quality preban mags. He gets double feeds towards the end of some worn mags.
