Gonna go out and punch a baby in the face every time you publish drivel like this, CNN. The hell you have against babies anyway, ya sick bastards?

We should have just killed the fuckers on the battlefield as spies. Dressed in a dress gives you no rights under the geneva convention when on the "battlefield".

They are captured unlawful combatants. If the US actually went by the Geneva convention, they all would have been summarily executed a long time ago. They live better at Gitmo than than they do in terrorist camps.
They have better lives than their victims.
The only way they should ever be released is from the back of a C130 at 20,000 feet, over the Gulf stream, with parachutes packed by the families of their victims.
Any that manage to survive the splash will be gone in 30 minutes from the sharks and other meat eaters that patrol the warm waters of the gulf stream.

But remember, these are the poor innocent refugees who ended up "in the wrong place at the wrong time" that caused our dear leader to close Gitmo within 6 months of taking office, just as he promised when campaigning. Oh wait........
