Tell me about your install experience with the Rubicon Express 3.5" Superflex kit.

I've finally made up my mind to order it along with a pair of Tom Woods shafts for my JK Unlimited.

Were there any suprises/gliches with the install?

I just installed it this week with a couple of buddies, we had an entire garage with a lift and every tool you could imagine and it went very smooth. Without the lift in the garage and everything else i could see it being kind of a pain in the a$$, trying to get your control arms and everything to the correct length and hooked up. The front swaybar might be a little tricky also if you laying under it. All and all though it went pretty smooth.

Ratchet straps and hi-lifts make the shade tree installation a bit easier.

1) GET AN ADJ. REAR TRACK BAR(FULL TRACKTION) AND FREQUENTLY CHECK IT. AS SPRINGS SETTLE THE UPPER CONTROL ARMS MAY RUB FRAME.
2) i SEE YOU ARE GETTING DRIVE SHAFTS, I HAVE 3500mi AND THEY NEED REPLACING.
3) i HAVE TOYO 315/75R16...35x12.5 AND RUN 28-30psi WAS RUNNING 32psi DRASTIC IMPRVEMENT.
4)STEERING IS HORRIBLE, ITS LIGHT AND WANDERS. BAD CASE OF BUMP STEER. I AM GETTING DRIVE SHAFTS AND NEED THE CAMBER ADJ. BUT SONDS LIKE I MAY NEED ADJ LOWER CONTROL ARMS. I BOUGHT THIS KIT FOR EASE OF INSTAL.

X2...... as for any kit you install.....

Also, an extra pair of hands is handy.
