I actually smashed a rear shock again ($115). That's two trips to the hammers and two smashed shocks. :D Broke the adjustment knob off the other one, but that is a $5 fix. But whatever, I had fun. :grinpimp:

i was climbing an off camber crevase on the novice run lol had a ton of fun i think rubicon express is going to warrenty the shock two waiting on a phone call back

Hey we missed you Sunday morning by about 5 minutes I think---- didnt want to wake you.

Thanks for all the great pics, guys!:beer: I only got a few on BackDoor---we didnt make it, but with some awesome spotting by BillyGoat I think we were very close (it seemed like it, anyways!). I hit it so hard that one one my computer plugs backed out, and the JK would not re-start. Thanks to everybody to help get me outta there--- Rubirobv winched me- THANKS!!!:beer:

Had a fantastic time!!! It was great to meet some of the board members face to face and do some great wheeling! Everyone kicked ASS on ClawHammer!:grinpimp: That was not a walk in the park!lol I was the tailgunner for CH and I had Larry and Cheri from Poison Spyder right in front of me. They have a baadass rig! Of course Larry took every hardline he could find--- of course I HAD to follow him! He would drive through a spot like it was nothing, then I would get stuck on it, then Larry would spot me out of it-- repeat all day.LOL What a BLAST!
After Clawhammer- a group of us ran Fissure Mountain which also had a couple of spots to watch out for. Great views from the top. Biggest effin lizard I have ever seen!
We had a great bonfire Sat nite!!! A few sodas were "drankin" !!! Too bad most of the OC guys had to peel out early. I hadnt seen SDMF since the baby, so that was good. We did some spectating at backdoor sat nit till about 11:30pm. Scrogg came in from Utah right after we went in for the nite--- I dont know how he found us in the dark?!
Mountain Mans' brother flew his plane in for the weekend- that was fukcin nutty in that wind! The guy has balls!
Sunday morning we got up and did a Sand Dune run---- did a few close trails, plyed on the dunes for awhile, then hit the BIG hill on the backside--- I hate to admit it- but BoonDocker DID make the hill!LOL!!!:beer:
We fukked off all weekend and had a very great time!

Thanks to evryone who showed up and for all the crew that put the event on for us!!! We had a very good turnout of JKs. Cant wait till next year!:beer: I am predicting triple the number of JKs!

Tin Benders served up BBQ and had a huge raffle Sat eve. LOTS of prizes!!! Several peeps from our camp won something.

I may have to be Mr Douchenozzle on this one. Beaing as ATM I'm unemployed and am now having a neat little round 2 bout with a DW, I may have to sell em and start buying rods n bars untill I get this thing dialed in. As its my daily, and only driver I NEED it to be streetable as well.

I may on the other hand be able to fund the Jeep with the tires and donate them thurr 18" Pro Comp wheels, we'll see. Lets hope this TeraFlex forged Track Bar, alignment and re-balance solve my problems.

Man, what a great trip. I ended up staying at camp until monday morning so thats why I'm posting up now.
Just want to say that I really enjoyed meeting and hangin out with all of you at the JKO Camp and on the trail. We had a good group around camp.
Definately a good time.

Friday night at backdoor was pretty cool. Under the circumstances, it was good to get some time on the rocks out there. Hundy, I want to be there when you try that wall again. You have some cromoly cahones. Billy Goat, glad you were out there. Thanks for the excellent spotting on backdoor and clawhammer. I had alot of fun watching the built buggies attack backdoor saturday night. That was very cool.

I had a great time running clawhammer. It was fun watching everyone work their way through the trail. Met some real nice people as well. Thanks to Lance and Camo for working hard getting us through. I think we surprised them.

Sunday was fun wheelin on the sand with Hundy, Boondocker, Jiggawha and his buds. Hundy and Boondocker attacked the sand hills hard. I'm not that brave or stupid, haha. Anyway those two were fearless on the steep climbs. After everyone left on sunday, I explored a little and found a place called giant rock that Hundy told me about. I'll post those pics on a thread called "california rocks" . You'll see what I mean.
