For the new wheelin mag (avaliable very soon) I'm featuring a "Mud Girl" every month as kind of a center fold w/o nudity, but skimpy clothes ;)

So I finally have the paint done on my jeep (custom), I have my willy's decals on, tonight I will install my new bumper, and we're doing a photoshoot in a very nice garage. I may feature her installing the new bumper....

I'll post pics tonight and Im pretty stoked. Until then you all get to wait anxiously.

This is just one of MANY shoots we're doing for the mag. All the 4x4/women you can handle.

Where can we get this magazine?

Im looking into the distributing right now, its kind of a pain in the ass, considering they take 53% of the cover price and it takes 2-3 months to set up. So right off the bat we'll be selling them for ourselves online (at 50% news stand price). If there's a big demand for it, and we do go for the distributing then they will be avaliable where most mags are sold gas stations, grocery stores, etc.

But of coarse JKOwners will have first grab at them.

Key party is where keys are exhanged with another person. Then they go where the keys take them and partake in whatever "activities" may be there, including the girl posing with your jeep.

Printing at the end of the week after a few good photoshoots, some builds, some tech, WTF's, Carnage, your rigs....and much much more.

Will be avaliable at the end of the month. 100 pages of kick ass offroading and lots of lovely girls.

An update, having trouble getting advertising for the mag as everybody wants to see the first issue before they decide to go with it. Its done and ready for print though.

Bummer, but in the current economic climate, not totally unrealistic. If this thread and its followers can help, please post.

No offense but you might want to consider hiring a photographer that understands lighting. Your lighting is unbalanced with bad white balance.

If you want to shoot vehicles you need "big" lighting to get the look you see in magazines. Really large diffusion to get the nice highlights on the metal, otherwise, you just get the little spot highlights and loss of detail and ugly shadows.

On camera flash gives you that side shadow behind heads that you see in some of the pics.

If you are going to do a lot of vehicle shots indoors you might want to consider building a cyclic wall also. Gives you that nice white seamless look which can be gelled to other colors if you want.
