Kit comes with 2 925 Odessey dry cell batteries and a 3 position led toggle switch for true battery management. Each battery has a 10 year life and comes with a 3 year free replacement. The $799 isn't too bad if that includes the two Odyssey batteries... (Two 925 batteries @ $160 each, $220 for the battery tray, $200 for the isolator, is $740 total. But who knows the quality of the isolator.)

But I am going with the Benchmark Designs dual battery tray and one Odyssey 1500 battery and my stock battery and a Hellroaring Technologies isolator setup. My total cost is around $550.

The one Odyssey 1500 battery has more CCA and more reserve capacity than both of the 925 batteries combined. (880 CCA versus 380 CCA each and 135 minutes reserve versus 52 minutes each.)

When my stock battery fails again (replaced last month under warranty) I will add a second Odyssey 1500.

So it is a good isolator/combiner. Then the $799 is a pretty good price!

I'm still thinking I like the extra capacity of being able to run two Odyssey 1500's.

But it's nice to finally have some options for the JK.

I was trying to get information from Kodiak over a year ago. The communication was poor. I think I'd go with anyone but them.
