Very nice!
Is it just me or don't the axles move in a forward motion when compressing, which would push the coilover into the mount? Maybe I should think the uptravel is less than the ridiculous down travel that the new setup will have...which would explain the question i just asked.

Where did the coilover mounts come from? Is it a kit or something you did yourself? Rebel Offroad?

THECHAD

the way the mounts are, they can move any direction and they wont hit the mount. Just looks that way....this is tribe4x4s kit. awesome kit built better than any others out there. super strong and looks good

Around 30 people came into the shop while this was being installed, and everyone of them picked up your upper brackets and they were all very impressed with the way they were built, and these are serious fab guys. way to go tribe4x4

I'll give you a price no prob answer following questions

1. do you have any kind of lift on your jeep now? if yes how much
2. how much lift to you want?
3. do you want front and rear, or just front?

1) No lift.
2) 2.5 to 3 ... just enough to run 37s with flat fenders
3) i'd prefer to both :grinpimp:

just my .02 but jeff runs 4inch lift flats and 37's.. Mel runs a 4 inch and 37's

i netted about 3.25 and with flats i could fit 35's well...if you plan to wheel it id think about 3+ at the very least!

Heigh appears to be very subjective ... it seems some lifts that are 3.5 are actually much larger. If I can get away with 4" that's fine too.

I'm sure as I add weight some of that lift will go away.

ya its all about the coils....almost all 2.5 will net you 3+ if you dont already have bumpers ect... 3 inch and 3.5 inch lifts often have an Allowence for weight ie..winch,bumpers.. ect therefore netting you 3.5/4 all the way up to 5 inches...for me i wanted right around 3+...( i run almost no weight) might add spacers and go to 4 at some point but thats the joy of coils (same with coilovers just go toa longer coil)...but since i have an auto i dont want to have to do my front drive shaft....Overall im not a huge fan of the stuffed look....i like to have lots of room to get at my sway bar links, brake lines ect....in the end tho its a battle of height between your lift and tires....till you go to a 5.5 long arm and 40's that is:D

poly rear kit= $330
tribe4x4 front kit=$450
4 12" foa coilovers with coils and dual rate kits= $1260

so at this point you are sitting at $2040.00 in parts

if you only go 3 1/2" you can actually use your stock control arms, and stock drive shafts the height is totally adjustable, when you upgrade driveshafts and control arms. going higher is cheap and easy

I like this plan. I may swap the foa out with something else but still sounds like a great first step!

Alot of the professional rigs are going to foa coilovers, they are proving to be just as reliable as king, fox, and swayaway, at a fraction of the cost plus they are rebuildable.
