There is usually a fair contingency from the Florida Flywheelers also.. A group of antique tractor and engine enthusiasts. My dad and uncle both use belong to the flywheelers and go every year when they were alive.

I've been 3 or 4 times,, really pretty cool. It is strange though,there are so many custom cars you start to just pass by ones you would normally spend a lot of time looking at.

what a car show... as expected it was freakin huge.

i saw a 69 camaro for sale at $10K and i wanted it baaaaaad, but the check book said nooooooo.:laughing:

Then there was the 67 corvette for sale at $125K and i just drooled.:smokin:



Also got in a the new 09 caddy cts V series... now that is one mean machine.

I didn't get over there this year but a good friend of mine called me from there Sat. I had him pick me up a motor for one of my Jeeps. I got a 04' LQ9 6.0L from a Escalade. Out of the box it runs 345 hp and 380 ft. lbs stock. With just a few mods I should be able to get around 400hp and 500 Ft. Lbs to the ground. I was real happy about the price. I should start the swap in a few months after I gather up the tranny and transfercase I want.

Hey there Dave, I'm putting it into the 98' TJ. It already has the 9" front and rear to handle the extra power, thats the same Jeep my son and I want to turn into a "Brute". I be sure to post up the progress when we get started.

Well....you know why I asked ;). I took a pic of a brute TJ @ the show n shine the other day just for you..but the pic was horrible (had the camera set wrong). But I was thinking about ya man.
