OK guys who is going to come out and watch me race it's Memorial Day weekend at Uwharrie Adventures/stables across from the Outpost. They are also having high speed 4x4 racing, sled pull and rock climb comp. :bounce:

Saturday 29th

7am Wilson's Off-Road High Speed Drivers Meeting
8am-4pm Wilson's Off-Road High Speed Race Qualifying
Noon-4pm PMRS Double Points Mud Race Qualifying
5pm-8pm Wilson's Off-Road Big Tire-Sled Pull
8:30pm-Until Wilson's Off-Road FREEROCK outlaw Comp

Sunday 30th

7am-Noon Church, no loud noises out of respect
Noon-Until Top 5 final Rounds of PMRS Double Points Mud
Race and Wilson's Off-Road High Speed Off-Road Race


General Entry is $12 per day and $5 to camp per night (per
person).

Children $6 per day and $5 to camp per night (insurance
regulation).

Pre-Purchase a weekend pass and save $$$. General Entry
Weekend Pass at $35 a piece (thats a $16 savings over buying
the day of) Pre-Purchase of Money saving weekend Pass
deadline May 15th.

You can also camp for free on the Uwharrie trails across the street, you also have Badlin Lake Campground and Arrowhead

I'm not sure when it opened but I believe the mud track, fast track and that only opened last year. Uwharrie Stables has been there a long time though.

Anyone coming can also wheel at Uwharrie trails across the road.

I am trying to decide what tires to get now. I was going to goto 37's but then I would have to race in bigger class, then again I'm not really trying to win, just get MUDDY :laughing:

I sure hope my submarine comment last year had something to do with the naming of your vessel! Christopher and I will come and support you if shift allows it that weekend.

I'll get the rollback if you need it. I know one of the owners and his son, both of them are some of the best welders around. The son has built a couple of truggies he runs around. I bet we can get it to a point were it can at least limp back to Tim's house. I'd let you borrow mine to get home, but I know when I would ask him to keep it out of the mud, I would get that devious little smile. Hell no, he can borrow my VW.

well mud race for me is cancelled, I wont have jeep back till that saturday. Transfer case blew on I95 in Sc on way home from Jeep Beach.

I'll be looking into doing one in June or July.
