Does anyone just buy a gun..... to buy it?
We have a couple good size gun shows here every 3 months( I do not buy guns there but I buy my ammo there.)
I find myself buying bulk ammo cheap and Ill buy ammo for a gun I do not have just so I have i for a buddy or something. WE DO A LOT OF SHOOTING
Then Ill go buy a gun to go with the ammo.
I have quite a few pistols, rifles, shot guns, and anything inbetween. I usually have at least 1000 rounds in each caliber.
My newest gun (which will replace my Keltec p32) is the Ruger LCP in .380. i love this gun... Very nice shooting gun.
anyone else?

I wish there were decent deals at our shows!
We have a lot of shows but prices are usually retarded, esp on ammo and I end up at wal-mart, academy or buying bulk from Cabelas.
that said, yeah I've been guilty of impulse buying guns just because it was there and the price was right :grinpimp:
If you're looking for a nice pocket piece, I love my Kel-Tec PF9.
9mm single stack, 7+1 rounds and less than an inch thick.
Shoots good- if a bit violent, but hey it's a pocket 9, gotta kinda expect that
Also reliable as hell so far, even shooting el cheapo ammo.

I have more than a few firearms that I have bought just to have. Most of them I have never shot. I put them in my safe (along with some ammo for them) and know they are there when I want to take them out. There are only 3 pistols that I shoot on a regular basis and that is because they are for work.

Yep...I'm guilty of an impulse buy...bought a WWII "real" Springfield Armory 1911 for $450.00...turns out it's worth over $5000.00 in the condition it's in...a safe queen, to be sure.

I do not do firearms at gun shows mostly but I do alot of ammo.
I can buy 500 new rounds for my 9mm or .40 for less then 70 bucks. I just bought 500 rounds for my 44 mag for 95.
I have noticed that ammo has gone through the roof lately.
This is the place I buy my ammo from.. I think this is it LOL
