Okay, I've read the book, tried (with no luck) to search the topics.

So far I haven't found any help on getting the My Gig to play a DVD movie.

I have the vehicle parked, the e brake is on, (standard tranny) in neutral. Still all we hear are the sounds to the movie, but no movie. The book shows a button to press to "view movie" however I do not have that button option to even press. Yes I have a DVD movie inserted.

What am I missing here?

Just to follow-up on my own thread. Seems that dependent upon the state you live in. These are disconnected for standard tranny's at the dealership due to local state laws and having a product that plays movies forward of the driver.

That being said there are companies that make it possible to by pass this security feature.

That's pretty cool. I never thought of using the MyGig as a display for video cameras. That way I can see the rock that just bashed in my diff cover :D
