: wheeling this weekend
rage344 07-01-2009, 08:19 AM hey decided that considering this is a long weekend i would like to come north and maybe do some wheeling, if anyone would be interested i know this is more of a family weekend but im a long ways away from any family so i want to spend it wheeling and . any one got any good trails i could for a few hours nothing to crazy
JeepThing 07-01-2009, 09:30 AM Man, I wish I could! My sister and her family will be in town and we'll be boating. Just not enough room in the Jeep for everyone. :shaking:
It's a great time to run Fordyce, the water level is below 60cfs (SUPER low!) and will be through Tuesday the 7th. I made a quick run last week -Eagle Lakes through Committee - and the trail was great. The flow was running just over 200 cfs when we went through. The water was about 6" above the bottom of my doors ... glad they were on!
Hope you can get out and have some fun. Maybe next time.
